Karen, Scott and Luc

On our way up to Maine, we had an opportunity to stop in Mass to visit the Masse’s.  It was great to see another one of my oldest and dearest friends who I miss tremendously down here in NJ.  It also made me a little sad that our kids were not on this trip.  David always talks about “my friend Luc” and we got to spend time with Luc without David.  They are very similar except that Luc eats SO many more things than my kids.  Just like Karen, who at all sorts of things as a kid and, well…, i didn’t.  I totally failed on the food thing.

On our way out on Friday morning,  I grabbed the camera as Luc took me for a walk around the house.  It was so nice to spend time with him, he is such a neat 2 year old boy.

Victoria’s Wedding

What an amazing weekend! Maine is such a beautiful state.  The Wedding was wonderful and visually amazing.  Here is the announcement from the New York Times.I really like aging the photos from the wedding and from the couple at Liberty Park.  Victoria is a classic beauty and Ben is just debonair. They fit the style (which their wedding reflected in the big band and the styling of the dresses, yes, dresses.)

Also please check out he photographer Brian.  He is based in London but has connections to Haddonfield and Philadelphia.

I had to add one of Rachel.  I have the most beautiful friends…  It was amazing to watch her paint.  I can not wait to see the results from such a lovely location.

School is beginning….

Friday was my first day with my class.  What a handsome group of kids! and so polite and nice.  (I do realize that it is the beginning of 6th grade… and 6th graders change….) I just wanted to send out a quick to assure everyone that I will keep this blog up but i do need some time to adjust to the new school year!
