The winter months have been tough on us as a family and I have not had too many opportunities to focus on a photography business. My New Year’s Resolution was to challenge my energies into developing a successful business. Right now, I am looking for a mentor. As a teacher, it is so important to create a partnership with someone who has had a similar path to follow. I am in desperately needing a companion or a shoulder to lean on, ask questions to, bounce ideas off of… With all this technology, this person can be from anywhere in the country or the world. So, if you have any ideas or suggestions, please share.
Part of this resolution is to focus on blogging. For anyone who knows me, my Achilles’ Heal is writing.
(actually spelling… which affects my desire to write) To overcome my anxiety about blogging/writing, I am going to share my photographs of my own family and post personal/family highlights as they occur. I was advised to keep my personal out of my professional but I need the motivation to post. So, my little girl turned five on Sunday and we played around taking her “5 year old” picture. We go a little goofy… so here are a few.
